This page explain's Eve's shipping, payment, and return polices.

Shipping

Carriers used: USPS, FedEx, UPS   ***Please notify me if you desire a specific carrier. For larger packages, you must provide a physical address instead of a P.O. Box .

Combined shipping: If you are interested in purchasing multiple items from this website, please feel free to contact me for combined shipping costs. Depending upon the sizes of the paintings, most items can be shipped together, at a reduced rate. Do not use the shopping cart for checkout, or you will be charged the full amount for each item. Instead, please wait for a PayPal invoice, which will reflect the reduced shipping fees.

United States shipping: U.S. shipping is FREE, unless expedited services are requested. Local pick-up and home delivery is not available at this time.

***Please note: Occasionally, I am away from the studio and may be unable to fulfill expedited shipping requests.

Canada shipping: Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Tracking is not available with USPS services to Canada. An additional 10% fee applies to all items at check-out.

Other International Countries: UPS or FedEx shipping and tracking is included in the 15.25% shipping fees. Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery, depending upon your location.

Tariffs and Import Duties: International tariffs are paid by the recipient. "Gift" will NOT be selected on International shipping forms and actual values will be stated.

Payment Options:

1. Money orders and credit card payments via PayPal are accepted within the U.S. 

2. PayPal is the only form of payment accepted Internationally. Please use the "Add to Cart" option or contact me for a PayPal invoice.

Refunds:

Please contact me within 2 weeks of purchase, if you are dissatisfied in any way! My goal is to have complete customer satisfaction. Refunds will be issued to you via PayPal or Money Order after the item has been received.
